Common use of No Brokerage Fee Clause in Contracts

No Brokerage Fee. There are no contracts, agreements or understandings between the Selling Shareholder and any person, other than the Purchaser, that would give rise to a valid claim against the Selling Shareholder for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the purchase and sale of the Purchased Shares pursuant to this Agreement.
