No Brokerage Fee. No brokerage, finder’s or similar fee or commission is due to any Person by reason of any Borrower’s entering into this Agreement or by reason of any of the transactions contemplated hereby, and Borrowers shall indemnify and hold Agent, Lenders and LC Issuer harmless from all such fees and commissions.
