No Breach of Law or Agreement. Neither the execution nor delivery of this Agreement or any other documents or instruments that have been or that will be executed and delivered by City pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, nor the performance of any provision, condition, covenant or other term hereof or thereof, will conflict with or result in a breach of any statute, rule or regulation, or any judgment, decree or order of any court, board, commission or agency binding on City, or any provision of the governing documents of City, or will conflict with or constitute a breach of or a default under any agreement to which City is a party, or will result in the creation or imposition of any lien upon any assets or property of City, other than liens established pursuant hereto.
