NO BENEFITS UPON DISCHARGE FOR CAUSE. Should the Executive be discharged for Cause in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.6 at any time (before or after his Normal Retirement Date), all Benefits under Part 2 of this Agreement shall be forfeited. If a dispute arises as to discharge for “Cause”, such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration as set forth in Section 3.12 of this Agreement.
