Common use of No Beneficiary Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Beneficiary Obligations. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 1.01(h) and (m) or Section 1.02, Beneficiary is not undertaking the performance of (i) any obligations under the Leases, or (ii) any obligations with respect to any other agreements, contracts, certificates, instruments, franchises, permits, trademarks, licenses or other documents.

No Beneficiary Obligations. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 1.01(h1.1(f) and (ml) or Section 1.021.2, Beneficiary is not undertaking the performance of (i) any obligations under the Leases, ; or (ii) any obligations with respect to any other such agreements, contracts, certificates, instruments, franchises, permits, trademarks, licenses or and other documents.

No Beneficiary Obligations. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 1.01(h) and (m) Section 1.01 or Section 1.02, Beneficiary is not undertaking the performance of (i) any obligations under the Leases, or (ii) any obligations with respect to any other agreements, contracts, certificates, instruments, franchises, permits, trademarks, licenses or other documents.

(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 1.01(h1.1(h) and (mn) or Section 1.021.2, Beneficiary is not undertaking undertaking, and neither Beneficiary nor any Lender is obligated to undertake, the performance of (i) any obligations under the Leases, ; or (ii) any obligations with respect to any other agreements, contracts, certificates, instruments, franchises, permits, trademarks, licenses or and other documents.

(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 1.01(h1.1(e) and (m1.1(l) or Section 1.021.2, Beneficiary is not undertaking the performance of (i) any obligations under the Leases, ; or (ii) any obligations with respect to any other such agreements, contracts, certificates, instruments, franchises, permits, trademarks, licenses or and other documents.
