No Authorized Users. Except where prohibited by law, you are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. You may not permit anyone else to use your Card. Without limiting the foregoing, if you permit another person to have access to the Card, this will be treated as if you authorized such use, and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms of this Agreement and other applicable law.
No Authorized Users. Except where prohibited by law, you are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Debit Card. You may not permit anyone else to use your Debit Card. Without limiting the foregoing, if you permit another person to have access to the Debit Card, this will be treated as if you authorized such use, and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Debit Card according to the terms of this Agreement, subject to Section XVI (Lost or Stolen Cards or Unauthorized Transactions) and Section XVII (Your Liability for Unauthorized Transactions) below, and other applicable laws.
No Authorized Users. We will not issue an additional Card to allow any other person to access the Account. You understand that only you are permitted to use the Card or Account. If, however, any person you authorize initiates a transaction using the Card or Account or if such person incurs a Fee in connection with the Card or Account, you are responsible and liable for the transaction and any Fees or Interest Charges incurred. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Account, this will be treated as if you authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and Fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By using your Card or your Account, you promise to pay us for all transactions made on your Account, as well as any fees, interest charges or other charges or Fees. If this is a joint account, each of you, together and individually, are responsible for all amounts owed, even if only one of you uses the Account.
No Authorized Users. We do not add other individuals on your Account as authorized users or issue credit cards to them. You are responsible for repaying charges, interest, and fees incurred by anyone that you authorize to use your credit card. You are responsible for any transaction, use misuse, fraud, or other illegal, prohibited use or abuse of the Account and your credit card by any person that you authorize to initiate any transaction or use your credit card. If you want to stop a person that you allowed to access or use your Account or credit card from using your Account or credit card, you must notify us immediately by using the contact information provided in the “Communications” section below. We may suspend access to or close your Account and issue you a new credit card with a different credit card number. You are responsible for getting any credit cards or other means of accessing your Account from the person that you allowed to use your credit card.
No Authorized Users. We will not issue an additional Card to allow anyone other than you to access your Account. You are the only person who can use your Card or Account. If you authorize someone else to use your Card or Account, you are responsible for all Transactions and/or fees incurred by that person, including if that person exceeds your authority, loses your card, or otherwise fails to protect your credentials. You are solely responsible for the use of your Card and Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You understand that only you are permitted to use the Card or Charge Card Account. If, however, any person you authorize initiates a transaction using the Card or Charge Card Account or if such person incurs a Fee in connection with the Card or Charge Card Account, you are responsible and liable for the transaction and any Fees incurred. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Charge Card Account, this will be treated as if you authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and Fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You understand that only you are permitted to use the Charge Card or Charge Card Account. If you allow another person to use the Charge Card or Charge Card Account, you will be responsible and liable for all transactions and Fees incurred by those persons even if they initiate transactions you did not authorize them to make unless you notify us in advance that the person is no longer authorized to use your Charge Card or Charge Card Account. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Charge Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
