No Amounts Owing. You acknowledge and agree that, except for the specific financial consideration in this Agreement, you have been paid and provided all wages, commissions, incentive pay, bonuses, vacation pay, sick pay, paid time off, holiday pay, stock and stock options, equity, severance pay, expenses, and any other form of compensation that may be due to you now or in the future in connection with your employment with or separation of employment from Company. The payments in Sections 3 shall be complete payment, settlement, accord and/or satisfaction with respect to all obligations and liabilities of the Released Parties to You.
