Common use of No Amendments to Senior Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

No Amendments to Senior Loan Documents. Without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower shall not cause or permit Owner to (i) enter into any amendment or modification of any of the Senior Loan Documents, (ii) grant to Senior Lender any consent or waiver or (iii) exercise any remedy available to Owner under the Senior Loan Documents or any right or election under the Senior Loan Documents. Borrower shall cause Owner to provide Lender with a copy of any amendment or modification to the Senior Loan Documents within five days after the execution thereof.

Borrower shall cause Owner to provide Lender with a copy of any amendment or modification to the Senior Loan Documents within five business days after the execution thereof.

Without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower shall not cause or permit Owner to (i) enter into any amendment or modification of any of the Senior Loan Documents, (ii) grant other than an amendment or modification which does not adversely affect Lender and reasonably would not be expected to Senior Lender any consent or waiver or (iii) exercise any remedy available to Owner under the Senior Loan Documents or any right or election under the Senior Loan Documentsadversely affect Lender. Borrower shall cause Owner to provide Lender with a copy of any amendment or modification to the Senior Loan Documents (whether or not Lender’s consent is required with respect thereto) within five (5) days after the execution thereof.
