Common use of No Alteration Clause in Contracts

No Alteration. not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Block/Said Complex and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said Flat, without the permission in writing of the Seller or the Association (upon formation). In the event the Buyer makes the said alterations/changes, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller/Association (as the case may be) as estimated by the Seller/Association.
