No Alteration. not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the Said Block/Said Complex and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the Said Flat, without the permission in writing of the Seller or the Association (upon formation).
