Common use of No Allowance for Inconvenience Clause in Contracts

No Allowance for Inconvenience. There shall be no allowance to Tenant for diminution of rental value and no liability on the part of Landlord by reason of inconvenience, annoyance or injury to business arising from Landlord, Tenant or others making or failing to diligently make any repairs, Alterations, additions or Improvements in or to any portion of the Building or the Premises or in and to the fixtures, equipment or appurtenances thereof.
