Common use of No Adverse Interests Clause in Contracts

No Adverse Interests. No Affiliate has any direct or indirect interest in (i) any entity which does business with Company or is competitive with Company's business, or (ii) any property, asset or right which is used by Company in the conduct of its business.

No Affiliate has any direct or indirect interest in (i) any entity which does business with Company in connection with the operation of, or is competitive with Company's businesswith, the Business, or (ii) any property, asset or right which is used by Company in the conduct of its businessthe Business.

No Affiliate has any direct or indirect interest in (i) any entity which does business with Company or any Subsidiary or is competitive with Company's businessbusiness of the Company and/or the Subsidiaries, or (ii) any property, asset or right which is used by Company or any Subsidiary in the conduct of its such business.

No Affiliate has any direct or indirect interest in (i) any entity which does business with any Acquired Company or is competitive with Company's businessthe business of the Acquired Companies, or (ii) any property, asset or right which is used by Company the Acquired Companies in the conduct of its their business.

No Adverse Interests. No Affiliate of Company has any direct or indirect interest in or other business relationship or arrangement with (i) to the Company’s Knowledge, any person or entity which that does business with Company or is competitive with Company's business, the Business or (ii) any property, asset or right which that is used by Company in the conduct operations of its businessthe Business.

No Adverse Interests. No Affiliate has any direct or -------------------- indirect interest in (ia) any entity which that does business with Company (including, without limitation, Company's customers and suppliers) or is competitive with Company's business, except through ownership of less than 5% of the outstanding shares of any entity whose securities are listed on a national securities exchange or traded in a national over-the-counter market, or (iib) any material property, asset or right which that is used by Company in the conduct of its business.

No Other than as described in Schedule 2.18(b), no Affiliate of Company has any direct or indirect interest in in, or other business relationship or arrangement with: (i) any person or entity which that does business with Company or is competitive with the Company's business, ; or (ii) any property, asset or right which that is used by Company in the conduct operations of its business.
