Common use of No Additional Amendment Clause in Contracts

Lessors and Lessees agree that this Amendment shall constitute the only amendment to the Schedules and the Leases that shall be required as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Plan, including, without limitation, the amendment and restatement of the Credit Agreement consistent with Section 2(a)(iv) hereof.
