(I) Funding 2 has not engaged in any activities since its incorporation other than (i) those incidental to any registration or re-registration as a private limited company under the Companies Acts 1985 and 1989 and various changes to its directors, secretary, registered office, Memorandum and Articles of Association; (ii) the authorization, execution and in certain cases, amendment, of the Legal Agreements to which each is a party; (iii) the activities referred to or contemplated in the Legal Agreements; and (iv) the filing of a notification by Funding 2 under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "DPA") and the application for a standard license under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
