NO ACTION TO IMPAIR TRUST PROPERTY. Except for actions expressly authorised by this Deed, the Mortgages Trustee shall take no action reasonably likely to impair the interests of the Beneficiaries in any Trust Property now existing or hereafter created or to impair the value of any Mortgage Loan or its Related Security subject to the Mortgages Trust.
