Common use of No Action for Partition Clause in Contracts

No Action for Partition. No Partner shall be entitled to bring an action for partition against the Partnership, and each Partner hereby irrevocably waives, during the term of the Partnership and during the period of its liquidation following any dissolution, any right to maintain an action for partition with respect to any of the assets of the Partnership.
