No ACH Debit Block. Borrower shall at all times maintain each of its deposit accounts in a manner that allows Xxxxxx to utilize the ACH authorization set forth in Section 10 or otherwise herein. Borrower shall not use any ACH debit block or any other service or functionality that prevents Lender from initiating and completing electronic debit or credit entries through the ACH system to any deposit account maintained by Borrower.
