NLMCC CONTRIBUTION Sample Clauses
The NLMCC Contribution clause defines the obligations of parties to contribute to the National Labor Management Cooperation Committee (NLMCC) fund. Typically, this clause requires employers to make regular payments, often calculated per hour worked or per employee, into the NLMCC fund as part of a collective bargaining agreement. These contributions support joint labor-management initiatives, such as training programs or industry advancement efforts. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistent funding for collaborative projects that benefit both labor and management, promoting industry stability and cooperation.
