NISA Program Funding. For the purposes of clause 3 of the Framework Agreement and clause 5 of the Implementation Agreement, the Parties agree that funding provided for the NISA program, or through the means of the NISA program, shall be considered as funding provided during the Implementation Period if it is provided with respect to NISA program years 2003 through 2007 inclusive.
