NFR Version Sample Clauses
The NFR Version clause defines which version of the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) document or standard applies to the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies the exact iteration or release date of the NFRs that both parties must adhere to, ensuring that all referenced requirements are clearly identified and consistent throughout the contract. By establishing a definitive version, the clause prevents confusion or disputes over which set of requirements governs the parties’ obligations, thereby ensuring clarity and alignment in performance expectations.
