Newco Stock Option Plan. Xxxxxxx and the WP Partners shall cooperate and work in good faith in order for Newco, within a reasonable time after the Agreement Date, to adopt a stock option plan with terms and provisions comparable to the Xxxxxxx Homes, Inc. Amended and Restated 1992 Stock Option Plan and to grant options thereunder to certain employees of the Xxxxxxx Entities and the WP Entities.
