NEW SECTION. Section 8.2. (a) is added in its entirety to read as follows: (a) In the event that the daily trading volume (as measured by total trading volume in USD on the exchange on which the Shares and/or ADSs being traded are listed) exceeds US$ 25,000,000, the restrictions in section 8.2 will no longer apply.
