New Section 1.22 Engineering Services. Schedule 2, Section 1.22 is added to the Agreement as follows: In addition to the services being provided by the Operator to the City pursuant to Section 6.11, the Operator agrees that it shall provide to the City engineering support and project management support services related to sewer and water related issues such as, but not limited to, well location, plant and process modifications necessary to address regulatory changes, and development and redevelopment matters affecting the City’s Systems. The Operator will provide up to 120 hours of engineering support each Contract Year. The Operator’s cost for the support for such work shall be included in the Fixed Management Fee.
