New Roommates Clause Samples

Typically, it requires the current tenant to obtain the landlord's approval before a new roommate can move in, and may set conditions such as background checks or written consent. This clause helps maintain control over who resides in the property, ensuring the landlord can vet new tenants and prevent unauthorized occupancy.
