New Program Initiation Payments. For Target 2 and each Target thereafter, upon the Parties agreeing to begin a new Research Program and within [***] after receipt of an invoice from Icagen, Roche shall pay to Icagen [***] US dollars (US$[***]). [***] Appendices 1.8, 1.12, 1.57, 1.68, and 1.73 shall be replaced with the attached new appendices. Except as modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
