New or Changed Classifications. A. All new positions and classifications created by the Employer shall be placed in the appropriate bargaining unit, consistent with the established review process, as noted in Section 02.01, and in accordance with the supervisory definition as articulated in Article 1. B. The Union shall be notified of all new or changed position descriptions that result in a bargaining unit change within ten (10) working days of such action. The notification shall include the specifications of the position description and bargaining unit placement.
