New Office. The term “New Office” shall mean any additional or other Office, Dispensary or Practice location which commences operation at any time on or after the date hereof.

New Office. Developer also plans to develop and construct a 14,250 square foot, one-story office building on Lot 2 of the site, which office building could include among other concepts, specialty and boutique shops, restaurants, entertainment, offices including professional services offices (including insurance brokerage and certified public accountants) and other high-quality retail concepts. The new office component of the Project is the most speculative at this point, and therefore there are not Performance Milestones for the office space, nor is Developer in default if it fails to cause the completion of the new office/commercial space.
