Common use of New Material Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

New Material Subsidiaries. Within 30 days after the formation, acquisition or existence of any new Material Subsidiary, or any other event resulting in the creation of a new Material Subsidiary, or the domestication of any Foreign Subsidiary, notice of the formation or acquisition of such Subsidiary or such occurrence, including a description of the assets of such entity, the activities in which it will be engaged, and such other information as the Administrative Agent may request;

New Material Subsidiaries. Within 30 days after the formation, acquisition or existence of any new Material Subsidiary, or any other event resulting in the creation of a new Material Subsidiary, or the domestication of any Foreign Subsidiary, notice of the formation or acquisition of such Subsidiary or such occurrence, including a description of the assets of such entity, the activities in which it will be engaged, and such other information as the Administrative Agent may request;
