New Material (Condition. “A”) – New material shall be classified as Condition “A”. Such material shall be valued at the prevailing market price, plus expenses incurred in procuring such new materials, and in moving such materials to the locations where the material shall be used.
New Material (Condition. A") shall be valued at the current international price which shall not exceed the price prevailing in normal arm's length transactions on the open market.
