New Functions. We may, from time to time, offer and introduce new functions in Digital Banking. By using these functions when they become available, you agree to be bound by applicable law and all rules we communicate for those functions. Using the new function may require acceptance of a Related Document.
New Functions. Where the software functional design can be extended, then functions and modules shall be developed according to the Supplier’s product development schedule and implemented in an appropriate upgrade release or new version.

In the event that LICENSEE requires any additional functionality or technology substantially different from those set forth in Exhibit A or otherwise made available by D2 to other Licensees, D2 shall license such additional functionality or technology to LICENSEE at D2's then best price to its other Licensees.
