New Articles 24A to 24G. (arbitration provisions) The following articles shall be inserted immediately after Article 24 (Mutual Agreement Procedure). However, the articles shall not apply to this Agreement if a Contracting State raises an objection under Article 28(2)(b) of the MLI to the reservations that had been made by the other Contracting State under Article 28(2)(a) of the MLI. Such an objection may be raised by Belgium by 20 December 2019.
