Network standards. 19.1 The Parties recognize that Qwest services and Network Elements have been purchased and deployed, over time, to Telcordia and Qwest technical standards. Specification of standards is built into the Qwest purchasing process, whereby vendors incorporate such standards into the equipment Qwest purchases. Qwest supplements generally held industry standards with Qwest Technical Publications.
Network standards. Contractor’s QHPs shall comply with the network adequacy standards established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor, including, those set forth at Health and Safety Code § 1367.03 and 28 CCR § 1300.67.2 (if Contractor is a licensed health care service plan) or Insurance Code § 10133.5 and 10 CCR § 2240 et seq. (if Contractor is regulated by CDI), and, as applicable, other laws, rules, and regulations, including, those set forth at 45 C.F.R. § 156.230. Contractor shall cooperate with Covered California to implement network changes as necessary to address concerns identified by Covered California.
Network standards. Vendor agrees that it shall, at least, meet those standards that FIU applies to its own network (see FIU Policy 1910.005, as it may be updated);
Network standards. 16.1 The LICENSEE shall ensure adherence to the National FUNDAMENTAL PLAN (describing numbering and routing plan as well as transmission plan) issued by Department of Telecom and technical standards as prescribed by LICENSOR or TRAI, from time to time. For providing choice of International Long Distance Operator, the equipment shall support the selection facilities such as dynamic selection or pre-selection as per prevailing regulation, direction, order or determination issued by LICENSOR or TRAI on the subject.

Network standards. There are three categories of Network Standards: network quality (the "Network Quality Category"); system performance (the "System Performance Category"); and audio quality (the "Audio Quality Category") (each hereafter referred to generally as a "Category"). For each Category of Network Standards, specific metrics have been identified to measure performance in each such Category. The detailed description of how to measure and interpret the metrics for each Category is set out in the following AWS documents (each referred to generally as a "Network Standards Document"):
