Network Relocation Sample Clauses

The Network Relocation clause defines the rights and obligations of parties when network infrastructure, such as cables or equipment, must be moved from its current location. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which relocation may occur, the process for notifying affected parties, and who bears the costs associated with the move. For example, if a property owner needs to redevelop land, the network operator may be required to relocate their equipment at their own expense or as agreed. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear framework for handling necessary relocations, minimizing disputes, and ensuring continued network service with minimal disruption.
