Network Programming. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Affiliate has determined that the public interest, convenience and necessity would be served by the Stations’ transmission of programs and other material made available to the Stations by Network (“Network Programming”) for distribution on the Stations’ broadcast channels.
