Network Operators. While being wholly ossified, WAP obsessed, big name alliance obsessed, and having the terminal disease of `product-manager-itis' these monoliths still need to be called upon, as a few enlightened ones could provide some interesting m-portal business.
Network Operators. We have certain obligations towards other Network Operators and our suppliers. Those persons (and their officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable to you or anyone else for any claims, costs, damages, losses or other liabilities of any kind whatsoever from the Services we provide or from your use of those Services or our network, including (without limitation) your access to use of any Network Operator’s networks. This paragraph creates an obligation that other Network Operators and/or the suppliers can enforce against you, whether as a defence or otherwise.
Network Operators maintenance personnel shall be available for dispatch twenty- four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
Network Operators. NOC personnel shall dispatch maintenance and repair personnel along the system to handle and repair problems detected in the MassTech Network: (i) through Network Operator’s remote surveillance equipment and/or upon notification by MassTech, MassDOT, EOTSS, EOPSS or a Third Party Service Provider; or (ii) upon credible notification by any third party or verification thereof.
Network Operators. 30.1 If You breach the terms and conditions or policies of the Network Operator providing You Services then it is highly likely that they may make additional charges and/or may terminate the Services in question and require You to continue to pay for the Contract Period. It is Your responsibility to check the Network Operators terms and conditions and policies. If You cannot access these documents, please let Us know and we will provide You with a copy. 30.2 We will not be liable for any restrictions imposed on You by the Network Operator whether under their terms and conditions or policies or otherwise. 30.3 We will not be liable for any additional charges or costs imposed under Term 30.1 or for any costs associated with the termination of the Services under Term 30.1. 30.4 We are unable to provide third party software or any administration user names or passwords to You without the prior written consent of the Network Operator. 30.5 If You move premises during a Contract Period then the Network Operator may not agree to transferring some or all of the Services to the new premises. If this is the case then the Network Operator may treat the move of premises as a termination event which will result in "BTUIB-UE being in breach of its obligations to the Network Operator and therefore terminating the Contract under Term 23.3.4 23.3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, in such circumstances Term 23.5 shall apply.
Network Operators. Excess Liability insurance carrier(s) may not seek contribution from primary liability policies other than Network Operator’s own. The Excess Liability is provided on a Claims Made Form, with a retroactive date of 10/01/1986, which precedes the effective date of the Master Agreement. Network Operator shall continue the coverage for five years following the termination of the agreement. Network Operator agrees to purchase an extended reporting period if during the term of this Agreement, the policy is canceled or not renewed and not replaced by another claims-made policy with a retroactive date preceding the commencement of the contract.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship.   • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
