Network Operating Fund. Plan shall establish a Medicare Operating Fund in a ledger at the Financial Records of the Plan from which all medical, hospital (including but not limited to inpatient, outpatient and emergency), reinsurance, prescriptions (net of any applicable rebates), physician and health care professionals, and all other Covered Services are paid for all Medicare Members in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties assigned to the Network, including amounts under capitated agreements between Plan or Network and a proivder.
