Network Maintenance. 17.1 The Customer agrees that from time to time it may be necessary for Magnet Business to temporarily suspend the Facility during periods of repair, essential maintenance or alteration or improvement to Magnet Business’s telecommunications network or otherwise in accordance with the law. Where possible Magnet Business will give the Customer notice prior to such suspension of the Facility and Magnet Business shall restore the Facility as soon as possible after such suspension.
Network Maintenance. SIMETRY may perform system maintenance with respect to the Wireless Services upon written notice to Customer. Customer acknowledges that SIMETRY’s regular or everyday network maintenance may result in certain Wireless Service interruptions. If scheduled or unscheduled network maintenance should result in the interruption of Wireless Service, to the extent possible it shall be accomplished after written notification to Customer (if such notification is oral due to unscheduled maintenance, it shall be followed by written facsimile or e-mail notification if reasonably possible) and will be completed within a reasonable time. In no event shall interruption for system maintenance constitute a failure of performance by SIMETRY.
Network Maintenance. DSM Telecom and its suppliers shall on a regular basis maintain the network for optimum performance. DSM Telecom maintenance windows shall be performed by DSM Telecom and its suppliers without further notification to the DSMTel at low usage times which are typically between 2am and 5am once per week. Major maintenance windows where service impairment may last longer than ten minutes will be scheduled and a notification will be sent to the Customer.

Network Maintenance. The Parties will work cooperatively to install and maintain a reliable network. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (e.g., maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the government, etc.) to achieve this desired reliability, subject to the confidentiality provisions herein. Neutral Tandem will provide non-discriminatory maintenance intervals that are consistent with the like type services which it provides to itself.
Network Maintenance. The Agency shall contract with a maintenance contractor to represent the Agency in all matters relating to the future operation and maintenance of the Network. The credentials of this contractor shall entail experience in the operation and maintenance of a fiber optic Network. Telephone access to the maintenance contractor will be required to respond to a major outage within two hours of any 24 hour period, and minor outages within eight working hours. Further clarification of these issues will be resolved by the Agency. Maintenance provided under this Agreement shall be exclusively for the Network. All active electronic equipment at each facility will be the responsibility of the Participants owning the equipment.
Network Maintenance. Customer understands that Fusion may, from time to time, need to interrupt its provision of Services for maintenance and other operational reasons, and that Customer shall not receive any compensation for such interruptions. Fusion will use reasonable efforts to provide notice to Customer of such interruptions.
Network Maintenance. AOL shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to notify the applicable TW Company at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any regularly scheduled maintenance that AOL believes may result in a material interruption of Transit Service.
