Network Leasing Clause Samples

The Network Leasing clause defines the terms under which one party grants another the right to use its network infrastructure for a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the leased network resources, payment terms, maintenance responsibilities, and any usage restrictions. By clearly establishing the rights and obligations of both parties, the clause ensures reliable access to network services while protecting the interests of the network owner and the lessee, thereby preventing disputes over usage and responsibilities.
