Network Integrity. 4.5 You must not use the Service in a way that may interfere with the efficiency, security or integrity of Our network.
Network Integrity i. Participant agrees to contract and fully fund the Chief Information Officer’s recommended Wide Area Network transport bandwidth needed to interconnect the Participant’s premise with the Network Nebraska-Education aggregation point (as listed in Appendix 3).
Network Integrity. In addition to all other rights provided to the Network Administrator in the Network Documents, the Network Administrator shall have the right to take such actions, as determined by the Network Administrator, in its sole judgment and discretion, to ensure the continuing integrity and/or profitability of the Network. Such actions may include, but not be limited to, limiting the number and types of weeks a Member may deposit, restricting Members’ ability to access Points Partner Inventory, restricting the number of Points Member’s may apply towards Points Partner inventory, restricting the timing or amount of RCI Points that may be saved, extended, borrowed, transferred or rented, restricting the number of Guest Certificates a Member may obtain, and adjusting the RCI Point value of Vacation Time and units of Points Partner Inventory.

Network Integrity. TS shall comply with the applicable network integrity provisions of the TS Performance List developed pursuant to Article II.
Network Integrity. (a) The Access Seeker must, at the Access Seeker’s cost, comply with all signal fraud and theft countermeasures (including any security measures which are reasonably necessary to safeguard the FOXTEL Equipment and prevent use of the FOXTEL Equipment by any unauthorised person), as required by FOXTEL from time to time.
Network Integrity. In addition to all other rights provided to the Network Administrator in the Network Documents, the Network Administrator shall have the right to take such actions, as determined by the Network Administrator in its discretion, to ensure the continuing integrity of the Network. Such actions may include, but not be limited to, restricting Members’ ability to access RCI Points Partner Inventory, restricting the timing or amount of RCI Points that may be saved, borrowed, transferred or rented, and adjusting the RCI Points value of Accommodation and of RCI Points Partner Inventory.
Network Integrity. As per main body Traffic/call routing and delivery by traffic case National Roaming with Access Seeker will be based on the IMSI routing (also called A-number or HPMN routing) principle of the calling Party. All traffic that are generated by a Roaming Customer will be routed directly to Access Seeker after receiving triplets from Access Xxxxxx’s HLR. Calls to emergency numbers 112 and 9999 shall be routed to the Public Alarm Centre directly. Ooredoo will provide same Quality of Service to Access Seeker customers as for Ooredoo’s own customers. Testing The Parties will make test numbers (MSISDN) available to one another for the purpose of call tests to be performed. Each Party may request test numbers (MSISDN) from the other Party for the purpose of call tests. The request shall be in writing and shall specify the number of test numbers required for the purpose of the tests, the description of the tests to be performed and the service type for each test number. The service types are pre-paid and post-paid. Such requested test numbers will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by the requested Party. Obligations on signaling use In the ISUP signalling Ooredoo has to send the CLI (Calling Line Identification), the category, the redirecting number and the forwarding indicator.
Network Integrity. The TDS TELECOM local exchange tariff, state public service commission rules and regulations, and the Federal Comrnunications Commission rules and regulations provide information on authorized connections to local exchange carrier networks, network interface devices, customer premise wiring, and customer provided telecommunications equipment. Reseller will insure its customers meet the applicable tariff requirements and all state and federal rules and regulations regarding authorized connections to the local exchange network. The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities, or equipment of either party connected with the services, facilities or equipment of the other party pursuant to this Agreement shall not interfere with or impair service over any facilities of the other party, its affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its service, cause damage to their plant, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Network Integrity. 22.1 The rules set out in the agreement and its P&P are intended to protect the integrity of the network, in the interest of IBOs. The IBO agrees to consider that these rules are reasonable and legitimate to preserve the unity and identity of the network. This Agreement is a membership contract and implies the IBO’s agreement to all the conditions expressed therein.
