Network Discovery. Following the Effective Date of the Agreement, Marco will conduct a discovery of certain of Client’s current equipment, operating systems, software and network environment to gather the information Marco needs to carry out this 24x7 MIT Agreement (“Network Discovery”). Marco will review its Network Discovery with Client. Client shall confirm the accuracy of the Network Discovery and provide Marco with any clarification and other information about the Network Discovery, Client Equipment, Client’s environment and any other information necessary for the efficient and effective provision and use of the Products. Client shall pay the implementation fee set forth in the SOP (Schedule A) for the Network Discovery.

Network Discovery. Following the Effective Date of the Agreement, Xxxxx will conduct a discovery of certain of Client’s current equipment, operating systems, software, and network environment to gather the information Xxxxx needs to carry out this Product Agreement (“Network Discovery”). Client shall confirm the accuracy of the Network Discovery and provide Xxxxx with any clarificationand other information about the Network Discovery, Client Equipment, Client’s environment, and any other information necessary for the efficient and effective provision and use of the Products. All implementation services are estimated and will be billed hourly and then Xxxxx’s prevailing rates in 15-minute increments.
Network Discovery. Customer represents that it has all necessary authority to have Verizon undertake the Network Discovery requested by Customer hereunder, and will indemnify and hold Verizon and its employees, affiliates and agents harmless against any liability if it does not. Network Discovery is not guaranteed to be comprehensive or error-free.

Network Discovery. At Customer’s request and upon Verizon’s agreement, Verizon will undertake “Network Discovery” of Customer’s CPE. Where available, Network Discovery is offered as an optional, chargeable feature. For Managed WLAN, Network Discovery comprises the following: Verizon will run CPE-discovery software on Customer’s network to collect information about the CPE connected to that network, including without limitation, its manufacturer, age, current software, configuration, and similar information. Customer will provide Verizon with the information needed to determine the proper scope of the Network Discovery. Customer is responsible for providing Verizon with accurate information about that scope and represents that it has all necessary authority to have Verizon undertake the Network Discovery requested under these terms. Please note that Network Discovery is not part of the actual Managed WLAN Services provided to and paid by the Customer to Verizon but is provided as a convenience to the Customer.
Network Discovery. Following the Effective Date of the Agreement, Client agrees to provide the documentation and information that Xxxxx reasonable requests for the PIT+ Features being purchased, as indicated as Documentation Discovery on the SOP (“Network Discovery”). Client shall pay Xxxxx at the then current rates if Client elects for Xxxxx to gather the required documentation and information. Services (“Service Limitations”), or require that Client enter into a separate remediation agreement or otherwise make remediations (“Remediation Plan”) if: (i) on the Effective Date problems exist with Client’s environment; or (ii) during Network Discovery, or at any other time during the PIT+ Agreement, Xxxxx determines that upgrading, replacement or other remediation by Client will be required in order for Marco to efficiently and effectively provide and Client and its Representatives to use the Products. Client shall pay Xxxxx’s then prevailing rates for any remediation services. If (i) Minimum Specifications are not met; (ii) Client fails to implement a Remediation Plan; or (iii) Marco determines in its sole discretion that the Service Limitations would prohibit Xxxxx from efficiently and effectively providing the Products, Xxxxx may terminate the Agreement and this PIT+ Agreement without liability. If Xxxxx terminates on the above basis, Client shall pay all fees incurred to the date of such termination.

If Network Discovery occurs, Xxxxx will review its Network Discovery with Client. Client shall confirm the accuracy of the Network Discovery and provide Xxxxx with any clarification and other information about the Network Discovery, Client Equipment, Client’s environment and any other information necessary for the efficient and effective provision and use of the Products. Client shall pay the implementation fee set forth in any SOP for the Network Discovery.

Network Discovery. Network Discovery is provided as part of the Managed Take Over implementation for certain management features. Otherwise, Customers may order Network Discovery for an additional Charge. If Customer orders Network Discovery, Verizon will electronically collect information on CPE connected to the Customer’s network.
Network Discovery. Network Discovery is part of the implementation process for MTO Customers. Managed Implementation Customers may order Network Discovery separately, subject to an additional cost. With Network Discovery, Verizon electronically collects information on devices for the purpose of identifying all devices that are a part of the Customer Network. For Verizon to conduct Network Discovery, Customer will provide accurate information about the proper scope of the Network Discovery and represents that it has all necessary authority to have Verizon undertake the Network Discovery requested under these terms. Verizon reserves the right to stop or withhold from performing Network Discovery. Customer’s sole remedy for any failure, inadequacy or other problem of Network Discovery is to request that Verizon re-perform it.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Network Interface Device (NID) 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the end user’s customer-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the end user each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
