Network Coverage Requests. If GE believes that more than twenty-five (25) potential Telecommuters in a Metropolitan Statistical Area who are not covered in a current Telocity service area desire to receive Telocity Services, GE may request that Telocity begin delivering its services to all or part of the Metropolitan Statistical Area. Telocity agrees to undertake a commercially reasonable investigation whether to provide the requested services and to discuss the request with GE within thirty (30) days.
