Network Control. (a) Queensland Rail will provide, and has exclusive responsibility for, Network Control in respect of the Network. (b) Queensland Rail may exercise Network Control by issuing Network Control Directions to the Operator and the Operator's Associates. (c) In exercising Network Control, Queensland Rail may, subject to the Network Management Principles: (i) delay, alter, add, cancel, re-route or re-schedule a Train Service; and (ii) alter the Scheduled Times for Train Services in the Train Schedule.
