Network constraints Sample Clauses

The 'Network constraints' clause defines the limitations or conditions under which a network may operate or be accessed within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific technical, regulatory, or capacity-based restrictions that could affect the availability or performance of network services, such as bandwidth limits, maintenance windows, or compliance with legal requirements. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations and boundaries for network usage, thereby managing risk and preventing disputes related to service interruptions or limitations.
