Network and Cable Telecasts Sample Clauses

Network and Cable Telecasts. Each calendar year of the Term, ABC agrees to invest a minimum of Dollars ($ ), net of any commissions, on ABC’s Approved Brand advertising during national network and/or cable telecasts of the SPORT EVENT. This investment will be made through a media buying group of ABC’s choice and not with SPORT EVENT.
