Nets Clause Samples

The "Nets" clause establishes the rules and procedures for offsetting mutual obligations between parties, typically in financial or commercial transactions. In practice, this means that if both parties owe each other money or goods, the amounts can be netted against each other so that only the difference is paid by the party with the larger obligation. This clause streamlines settlements, reduces the risk of default, and simplifies accounting by ensuring that only the net balance is exchanged rather than gross amounts.
Nets. ▇▇▇▇ et. al. developed a novel toxicity score in order to quantitatively characterize each DLT experienced by a patient [10]. As described in the previous section, the original methodology of EWOC only incorporated binary outcomes, which does not take into account the levels of the DLT. Using the NCI’s guidelines for assessing the DLT, ▇▇▇▇ developed the following score (NETS) [10]. 1 " exp α + β ΣJi wi,▇ ▇▇,j − 1 } # Si = 6 ▇▇,▇▇▇ 1 + exp α + β ΣJi ▇▇,▇▇▇ } ▇▇,▇ ▇▇,j ▇▇,▇▇▇
Nets. The nets are sprung and parents, coaches and players should be aware that the balls may rebound off of these. Nets should ALWAYS be drawn closed to protect windows. Players should not lean on or push off the nets as this will cause damage. Only players and coaches are permitted in the nets/gym area. Please do not venture round the side or back of the net as the net is in progress.
Nets. The District shall replace all worn, damaged, or stolen nets and center straps with equal quality nets as used at other City tennis facilities (including installation).
