Netcenter Customer Support Programs. Excite shall provide customer support features in the Co-Branded Channels consistent with Netscape's then current customer support policies or as otherwise mutually agreed. Netscape may develop additional Netcenter features and programs to help promote sales and customer loyalty, and Excite shall implement such services and features when they are developed, provided such implementation be reasonable and standard for participants in Netcenter.
