Net Worth Update. Effective as of the Third Amendment Effective Date, the text “at least equal to the Net Worth of Tenant on the day immediately preceding the effective date of such assignment or sublease” in Section 14.8(iii) of the Original Lease shall be deleted and replaced with the text “and other financial indicators sufficient to meet ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligations under the Transfer instrument in question and its obligations hereunder.
Net Worth Update.
