Common use of Net Distributable Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Net Distributable Settlement Fund. “Net Distributable Settlement Fund” means the “Net Settlement Fund” less: (a) the amount of any award for attorney’s fees or attorney compensation approved by the Court and awarded to Plaintiffs’ Counsel; and (b) any interest earned and attributable to the amount of such award while in escrow.

Net Distributable Settlement Fund. “Net Distributable Settlement Fund” means the “Net Settlement Cash Fund” less: plus any interest earned on the Cash Fund, while in escrow, less the sum of (a) any incentive awards approved by the amount of Court and paid to the Class Representatives; (b) any award for attorney’s fees or attorney compensation litigation expenses and/or costs approved by the Court and awarded to Plaintiffs’ CounselClass Counsel for this litigation or for ancillary matters as referred to in Paragraph 5.b; and (bc) any interest earned and attributable award of attorneys’ fees to the amount of such award while in escrowClass Counsel.
