Common use of Net Contract Clause in Contracts

Net Contract. This Agreement shall be deemed and construed to be a “net contract” and the City hereby agrees that the Installment Payments shall be an absolute net return to the Authority, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever.
