Net Amount. In the event that an Indemnifying Party is obligated to indemnify and hold any Indemnified Party harmless under this Section, the amount owing to the Indemnified Party shall be the amount of such indemnified Party's actual out-of-pocket loss, net of any insurance or other recovery.
