NEPA Document Objectivity Sample Clauses

The NEPA Document Objectivity clause ensures that all documents prepared under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) are developed with impartiality and factual accuracy. By requiring objective documentation, the clause helps maintain the integrity of the environmental review process and supports informed decision-making by regulatory agencies.
